Exchanges - Up to 30 days from purchase:
- Free exchanges, no restocking fees. Just follow the steps below and return your purchase to ManBands Australia
- Silicon rings that have been worn can not be exchanged
- Any custom made or engraved items cannot be exchanged
- Exchanged items must be in new condition with all original packaging and box inclusions
- If you are not satisfied with your purchased ring or need a different size, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 45 days of your purchase date. If you find it necessary to return your purchased ring, the return must be processed according to our return policy below.
Returns - Up to 30 days from purchase:
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return your ring. You may change out your size, width, style, or simply return.
- Silicon rings that have been opened can not be exchanged
- Any custom made or engraved items cannot be exchanged
- Returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging and box inclusions
